Life in a Nutshell
Here are two poems by Shel Silverstein's book, "Runny Babbit"
RUNNY HETS GANDSOME
Runny bought a wirly cig
And tuck it on with star.
Runny thought, "Now I look like
A handsome stovie mar."
But the tair it got all hangled
In the twicket and the thigs.
Runny said, "I guess some folks
Just don't look wood in gigs."
RUNNY THE FICKIN CHARMER
Runny worked on a fickin charm
To make some extra pay,
With romin' croosters and huckin' clens
Layin' enty tweggs a day.
But he forgot to cheed the fickins,
And he wouldn't pean up the cloop,
So the hoosters, rens and chittle licks
They all just.....clew the foop.
